Substitute Specification By Seller--Packaging
SUBSTITUTE SPECIFICATION BY SELLER--PACKAGING
Buyer shall specify within [Date to notify] days after execution of this agreement the manner in which the goods covered by this agreement are to be packaged by seller.
If seller is unable to comply with the specification of packaging details made by buyer, seller shall have the right to substitute any other methods of packaging that shall be reasonably comparable to the specifications made by buyer, both with respect to costs and to hazard to which the goods are subject.
This is a UCC-buying and selling form.
It is intended to be an addendum to other forms.
